Shipping Policy (aka: How Your Parcel Goes on Holiday)

Thanks for shopping with us! We love your orders almost as much as we love biscuits. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we send your treasures flying across the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world — plus the “serious grown‑up bits” we’re legally obliged to say (sorry, lawyers).

We ship worldwide (unless your country has restrictions — in which case, we sadly must behave like responsible adults instead of smugglers in a pirate movie).

Delivery Options

UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail 24‑hour tracked service. Usually arrives in 1–2 working days, unless Royal Mail decides to stop for a cuppa or gets distracted by a Bake Off rerun.

Europe & International Orders: Sent by Royal Mail Airmail. We ship same or next day, but customs officers aren’t exactly known for their sense of urgency. They don’t realise you’ve already named your parcel and written it into your will.

Typical Travel Times (based on reality, not fairy dust):

UK: 1–2 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

USA:     10 – 30 days      

Canada: 7–21 days

Australia & New Zealand: 14–30 days

Rest of the World: 20–31 days

Note: These are estimates only. Once your order leaves the UK, delays may occur due to customs, paperwork pile‑ups, or the occasional unicorn blocking the runway.

No sneaky hidden fees — we checked behind the sofa cushions.

International orders may face customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or the occasional bureaucratic plot twist. These are set by your country’s customs authority and not by us. You’ll usually need to pay them before delivery. We’ve tried bribing customs with biscuits, but apparently they prefer paperwork.

Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

Busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, or sudden national biscuit shortages) may cause slight delays.

Delivery Areas

UK: Includes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, and Falkland Islands. Remote areas may take longer — your parcel might be enjoying the scenery.

Europe: All EU countries plus Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, and Monaco.

Rest of the World: Everywhere else! (Yes, even the places you only hear about in pub quizzes.)
