P&B Fabrics – A Little History

P&B Fabrics has been creating beautiful fabrics since 1963, when Charles Prager and Irwin Bear started their textile business in the USA. The company began designing its own fabrics in the 1980s and quickly became known for its quality quilting cottons and distinctive designs.

Today, P&B is loved by quilters and makers around the world for its excellent-quality cotton, gorgeous colours and wonderfully varied designs.

And don't think P&B is just for quilting! These fabrics are perfect for dressmaking, bags, cushions, home décor and all sorts of creative projects.

We love P&B because it combines heritage, quality and creativity – exactly the sort of fabric we like to have in our collection.
